This notice is provided in accordance with Article 11 of the Japanese Act on Specified Commercial Transactions, and discloses the terms under which the Company offers its services and software.

Additional charges

Payment processing fees, bank transfer fees, intermediary bank fees for international transfers, and any taxes or duties imposed in the customer's jurisdiction.

Payment timing

• File conversion service (customers in Japan): Payable after delivery, by the due date stated on the invoice (in principle, within 15 days from the invoice date).
• File conversion service (customers outside Japan): Payment in advance via credit card at the time of order confirmation. The Company will begin the conversion work after payment is confirmed.
• Software license (planned): Credit card payment at the time of purchase, or bank transfer by the due date stated on the invoice issued by the Company.

Delivery timing

• File conversion service: Delivered by email or designated cloud storage within three (3) business days after receipt of submitted data (for overseas customers, after payment confirmation and submission). For large projects exceeding 500 images, the lead time will be communicated separately.
• Software license (planned): License keys are sent by email after payment is confirmed.

Returns and cancellations

• File conversion service: Due to the nature of the work, cancellation and refund are not accepted once the Company has commenced the conversion work. Cancellation is accepted free of charge prior to commencement. If payment has already been made, the Company will refund the amount received after deducting any bank transfer fees, payment processing fees, and similar refund costs. If a deliverable has a clear quality defect attributable to the Company, the affected files will be re-converted free of charge if the customer notifies the Company within seven (7) days of delivery.
• Software license (planned): Returns and refunds are not accepted once a license key has been issued. Please verify the system requirements and functionality during the 14-day free trial before purchase.
